Amenities are fitness center, pool, restaurant, laundry, and hi-speed internet. Could this be the Lexington Inn?

The Lexington George Washington Inn, downgraded to the 2.5*, would seem like a good possibility.

Since you've won this hotel thru hotwire previously, if you look at your purchase history (thru the MY ACCOUNT link on the top right of HOTWIRE's home page) what star rating is shown there?

It's still showing as a 3-star in my purchase history. I think 2.5 is more accurate however.

At the moment i can't recall if HOTWIRE updates the star ratings in the purchase history.
