sgronow21
I have to admit, Priceline rules !!! After doing a little research the cheapest I would have been able to get this room for is $140 per night (Most sites listed a room at $220+). It was July 4th weekend along with Taste of Chicago so I was more than happy with $85I still think I could have gotten it for a little bit cheaper, say $70 - $75, if I had bid River North first instead of North Michigan Ave.Here's my bidding history:$65 - NMA - rejected$68 - NMA, Evanston - rejected$73 - NMA, Evanston, Skokie - rejected$77 - NMA, Evanston, Skokie, Midway - rejected$85 - NMA, Evanston, Skokie, Midway, Lincoln Park - rejected$85 - NMA, Evanston, Skokie, Midway, Lincoln Park, River North - accepted !!!Your Offer Price: $85.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 2 Subtotal: $170.00 Taxes andService Fees: $33.52 Total Charges: $203.52 How did I do for my first time?
