lfras Posted July 14, 2011 Report Share Posted July 14, 2011 Really wanted the Marriott Long Wharf for two nights, 8/9 and 8/10. Worked my way up and split the nights (which usually works). Got 8/10 for $161, but adding extra night before at same price was refused. I'll try again for 8/9 after 24 hours. I've noticed that changing the dates of checking in or checking out is not as automatic as it used to be. I just hate the risk of getting another hotel that might suddenly be added to the bidding pool. Link to comment

Sorry to hear that you weren't able to get both nights - also, with the additional night, do keep in mind that you could be upgraded to the 4* level and get a different property.
