Began bidding on 4* rooms downtown at $70 and raised in steps, adding other neighborhoods which lacked 4* hotels. At $70, received a counteroffer of $90, which I ignored. $82 bid was accepted. Total price for two rooms with tax is $192.48. The best offer on the hotel website for prepaid, non-refundable reservations was $116 plus taxes.I accessed the PRICELINE website via the button on this site. Link to comment
