Began bidding on 4* rooms downtown at $65 and raised by $5, adding other neighborhoods which lacked 4* hotels. At $80, received a counteroffer of $100, which I ignored. $85 bid was accepted. Total price for two rooms with tax is $199.28. The best offer on the hotel website for prepaid, non-refundable reservations was $116 plus taxes.I accessed the PRICELINE website via the button on this site. Link to comment
