Started bidding for 4* at $80 + $6 PL reward for Downtown-Harbor area. Added areas that did not have 4* hotels (areas 4-9 on Priceline). Upped bid to $84 + $6 PL reward. Upped again to $89 + $6 PL reward, bid taken by Westgate Hotel.

PL reward was nice, but didn't really want Westgate. Rate won is 55% off Westgate's prices on website for same time frame. Found out afterwards, that Westgate charges $15/day for internet, water bottles, etc. It's listed on the website (and in reviews) under Quick Facts, so I don't think it is optional.

Parking is $32/day at hotel. Someone mentioned on Yelp to park, for free, at the Old Town Trolley Station and take the trolley to the hotel for $2.50 each way/person. Would this be safe to do anytime of day? Are there other parking garages/lots in the area?

Other reviewers have also mentioned a fee to get double beds instead of king. Does anyone know if this is always the case?
