Moral of the story - if traveling to a big conference and looking for a Priceline deal, try to book far in advance. I ended up booking a room at the Doubletree (near Copley Square in Chinatown) for $215 a night through the conference's housing company, Experient. Had I called sooner, I could've got a room at the Radisson for $199/night, but at least I learned about this website and how to effectively use Priceline.

Thanks for posting! I'm looking at these exact dates, and have unsuccessfully bid up to $115.

I guess I will wait it out and pray for some better rates!
