spex2004
Hello,I'm trying to bid on a plane ticket going from SMF (Sacramento) - SNA (John Wayne) or neighboring LGB (Long Beach)/LAX departing Thursday, Apr 28th and returning Monday, May 2nd. I don't mind flying off-peak hours either. I've tried to bid multiple times but without success. I've gone up in my bids to $120 so far. Any help would be highly appreciated. Thank you! thereuare
So how much of a discount would you need to make an opaque purchase worthwhile? (given that you can't choose your deparature/arrival times, layover city or length, etc)Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases. spex2004
I'd like to pay no more than $190 for a roundtrip ticket. Ideally, I'd like to pay $150 or less. Link to comment
thereuare
You have an almost unlimited number of re-bids as per the second post of this Priceline Airfare thread.Using the techniques in that threads, i'd start at $100 and increase $10 per bid until you reach your $200 limit.Any questions feel free to ask. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Good luck and let us know how it goes.
