Does anyone know how I can convince Priceline to have Hotel Indigo removed from the Schaumburg region (its not really Schaumburg and not representative of the hotels in the area, it HAS to be a marketing ploy)

or is it easier to just ask to change the star rating to accurately reflect the hotel's condition? Hummm... Thx...

Looks like a very nice deal/rate, but sorry that you're not happy with the hotel or location

From what i've heard, the chain isn't for everyone... some find it 'cute' but it also may not be to the liking of others.

If you're trying to avoid this property in the future you may want to consider HOTWIRE which may have slightly different zone boundaries and/or may give you the ability to avoid this property (or target the Doubletree :) ) based upon the amenities shown before your purchase.
