I started at $14, went up slowly over several days to $25, then started going in $5 increments with no luck. Finally bid $40, and still got rejected. But they had a "negotiated" rate of $50, which is about $7 cheaper than on-line, so I went with that since I was leaving and didn't want to mess with it anymore. Link to comment
