Really wanted the Hyatt (despite the mixed reviews!) for its location and I have two nights reserved there on 3/27 to 3/29, using a gift certificate. I tried to add two nights to the Fairmont but priceline came back with $142/night so I passed. I like Fairmont properties but have not stayed at this one.
