I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points. And for some reason is the TA people eager to complain over ridiculous things.

It's a very nice facility. Nicely furnished with on site dining--formal or grill. Nice bedding and rooms with balconies. Free newspaper. Marble tops in bathroom and on furniture. :)

As I've noted in other posts, I think the issue with tripadvisor reviews is that a number of them are for full price. I've stayed at a number of properties that I've really liked for PRICELINE rates, but would not have been pleased with had I paid twice as much. Serious issues should cause concern if noted in reviews, but otherwise, keep in mind price vs. expectations.
