Looking to identify 3.5* in Brookfield/Waukesha. Price is 61 dollars a night for Feb 14th-15th.

A property with this amenity combination has not yet been reported to the board... a guess (not that confident) would a new amenity set for the Sheraton, but if you're interested in this property here is a better way to play it:

Change your search to 2adults/2children and a different 3.5* property appears in this zone for the same (or just about) $61/nite with:

Shuttle, Restaurant, Pool, Fitness, Smoke Free, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Laundry

The Sheraton has been seen with this amenity set before, except for the Smoke Free icon, but given this property is Smoke Free i'm speculating that this icon has been added since this property was last reported. This offering also shows a 4.0 TA rating which is consistent with the Sheraton, but even if this ultimately is not the Sheraton, at least you have some re-assurance of a good review based upon previous customers.

I tried what you suggested and I saw the same amenities but no smoke free...so it might be an on & off thing they do. So I decided to take a chance when I searched with 2 people instead of 2 adults, 2 kids since it's the same price and amenities anyways. It turned out to be the Sheraton! :) Thanks for your help.

Sorry - I meant to say it DID have a smoke free icon...It just didn't have a shuttle icon as your search you suggested, I just double checked. The amenities are the same amenities as I mentioned in the first post of this thread, I stuck with what I found when I bought it.
