Started bidding at $60 and went up in $5 increments over the course of three days (also using the free rebid zones). I'm happy, although not ecstatic, about the result. The price is a little more than I expected and I was hoping for one of the other properties in the Financial District or USW-Nob Hill zones, but I'll take the Hilton. I understand there are four big biotech conferences that weekend as well as the bowl game that is the reason for our vacation plans, all of which is driving up hotel occupancy at what is normally a dead time of year.Go Boston College Eagles!
