chiefboyle
Montreal 4* property at $119 downtown area with only two ammenities: Restaurant and Pool . Didn't see it in the list.95% recommended in HOTWIRE reviewsCan you help determine which hotel this is?THX! :) Link to comment
thereuare
A property with just these two amenities has not yet been reported to the board. My guess is that this is either the Omni Mont-Royal or the Le Centre Sheraton 'hiding' a few amenities previously seen associated with these properties. However, if you're interested in trying to target these properties i would do the following:Repeat your HOTWIRE search for 2adults/1child and a 'new' 4* hotel appears in this zone for the same price (may differ by a few dollars but it's the same price on my own search for your dates) with:Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Internet, Spaand a 4.0/5.0 Tripadvisor ratingThis matches both the Omni and the Sheraton and would be my best guess for this property. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.Let us know how it goes or if we can be of further help. chiefboyle
Las Vegas 12/30-01/02 2 Beds?Looking for a strip room around NYE and like the Mirage deal people have received... but I must have *2* beds.. Given the high occupancy for this period, is using name your own price on Priceline an option for me since I don't believe they can guarantee 2 beds in the room?Cheers,Ian Link to comment

chiefboyle
It may seem strange that someone could be considering between New Year's Eve in Montreal or Las Vegas.. but there it is :)Thanks for the tip of adding a child to a room - it was very helpful!I picked up 'Le Westin' Montreal on Hotwire for $13612/31 - 01/0195% Recommended in Hotwire reviewsSmoke Free Rooms Fitness Center Pool(s) Restaurant(s) Business Center High-speed Internet Access This hotel offer (smoke free rooms/95% recommended) was not available for just two adults.. it only appeared when adding the child.. and I got the two beds I was looking for. chiefboyle
For anyone else considering Montreal for NYE - I tried PRICELINE 4 star downtown from $80 to $100 and was unsuccessful and decided that Le Westin was worth the extra on HOTWIRE (I was confident about it being the Westin because it is the only one listed as having smoke-free rooms) Link to comment
