I am open to staying anywhere EXCEPT Brooklyn, Coney Island, UES, UWS, LICI'm looking for the best deal at a 3.5 or 4 star hotel. Whichever ends up being cheaper is fine with me. I was hoping to do this for $200 and under after all taxes and fees.The lowest rate I found on Hotwire for a 3.5* is $203.....$250.46 after feesThe lowest rate I found on Kayak/Hotels.com is the Affinia Dumont for $200.....$233.22 after feesWhat strategy should I use to start bidding?
