Hotwire Hotel: Need help identifying two 3* hotels

I'm looking for a 3 night stay from 11/25 to 11/28 and saw two choices on hotwire that might work Any idea what these hotels might be?

3* Vegas Strip - North area hotel

$49 per night

Recommended in 70% of hotwire reviews

Hotel charges a resort fee

Amenitities:

Casino

fitness center

pool

restaurant

golf

spa

3* Vegas Strip - South Area Hotel

$53 per night

Bed choice available

Recommended in 40% of hotwire customer reviews

Hotel charges a resort fee

Amenities:

Casino

Pool

Restaurant

Business Center

Golf

My guess for the North is that it's possibly the Riviera. The 3* South has not yet been ID'd, but the 40% approval rating is pretty concerning.

Hmm, I really don't want the Riveria... but 40% is that bad for hotwire huh? Scary.

I assumed the south strip 3* hotel was hooters, looked up rated online, called the hotel directly, and ended up paying only $3.62 more than if I had booked through Hotwire (this is taking resort fees into account)! That seems well worth it for piece of mind of being able to cancel.

Now if the identity of that hotel ever gets found out and it turns out to be something awesome, then I will kick myself! But oh well, seems like it's likely Hooters.
