Priceline Hotel: 3.5* NYC (Times Square-Theater District) Millennium Broadway

Hi there. I will be in the city next Tuesday and am unsure of what a reasonable bid would be to stay in a 3* in either Times Square or MTW. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Ideally I'd like to stay around $160, but I have no idea if that's realistic. I would also bid in CPS.

Based upon current prices i don't think $160 is going to be realistic. You can certainly give it a try, but my guess is that at the moment you're looking closer to $200+. We'll suggest a straetgy for you to give it a go, but before doing so, would MSG, ESB and/or Chelsea work for your needs? ESB would just be another opportunity or a hotel to accept your bid, but MSG and Chelsea are often some of the less expensive zones at the 3* level in NYC.

I read the re-bid zone and I don't completely get it :-/

For any of the zones I'm looking for (TS, MTW, CPS) would Coney Island be the re-bid zone because it's highest rating is 2*?

Yes... Coney Island is your current re-bid zone (but always double check just before bidding to make sure that nothing has changed since you last checked)
