jhb
Thank you so much for this board. It was very helpful.Saw that Four Points Chelsea was available on Hotwire for $168 for my dates.Bid 3* Chelsea: $120 - bid rejected (but suggested I rebid at $150)Bid 3* Chelsea & Coney Island: $130 - bid accepted.Very pleased with this result. When it suggests bidding at $30 higher, does that generally mean that a big inbetween will likely be successful?thanks!JHB :) Link to comment
vholic
From my experience, yes. Never accept Priceline's counteroffer (unless, you're out of free rebid zones or desperate for your offer to be accepted immediately). Same winning bid ($130 Four Points Chelsea) as my upcoming weekend trip to NY. Congrats! Link to comment
