lars32
This bid was for a friend going on a business trip. He didn't want to go through rebidding techniques, etc. since he never used priceline before and was pretty skeptical. He actually told me to put in $170 and I thought that was ridiculous. So negtioated with my friend to put in a bid for $130. Got accepted.Your Offer Price: $130.00 Number of Rooms: 1 Number of Nights: 5 Subtotal: $650.00 Taxes & Service Fees: $103.45 Total Charges: $753.45Check-In Date: Tue, Mar 29, 2005 Check-In Time: After 02:00 PM Check-Out Date: Sun, Apr 3, 2005 Check-Out Time: 12:00 PM Link to comment
thereuare
Thanks for sharing with us... and trying to educate your friend.Next time he'll probably let you start a little lower, then a little lower... until eventually he'll want to ptu in unrealistically low bids and not understand how come he gets rejected! :)I bet he's pleased with the outcome, huh?
