njbud Posted September 10, 2010 Report Share Posted September 10, 2010 Using priceline won the 2 1/2 star Hampton Inn, on Western Branch Blvd, Chesapeake, VA on 9/11/10. After winning this hotel checked tripadvisor.com for reviews and found last 2 reviews of the hotel reported bedbugs. I called Priceline customer service and they said "too bad no refund or changes allowed" so I am out the $35 plus $12taxes and fees, but priceline has lost another customer. . . . :) :) Link to comment
