bonny
I'm looking for a 4* (or more) in Seattle Downtown for 9 - 13 Sept. HOTWIRE gives me one in Pike Place for $135 with Smoke Free, Fitness, Pool, Restaurant, Business, Internet. What is it most likely, the Westin, the Sheraton, or the Renaissance?Do you think that the price might fall if I wait longer? Link to comment
AaronJB
It could be the Westin, Sheraton or Renaissance. I'd lean towards the Sheraton or Westin being more likely, but any of the three would be a possibility.Thank you for using the site's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches. bonny
I want a 4* hotel for Seattle for 09/9 - 09/13. My bids were $90, $95 and $100 and all were rejected. I've done all 3 bids today and added areas Space Needle and Lake Union to the bid (both don't have 4* so the bids were the same but the price).Could I be successful with the same prices tomorrow? Or should I go up? Link to comment

bonny
Thanks for your help!I tried again up to $115 and all rejected. If I add some areas which seem not to have any 4* (like Airport, University, you can't select 4* for these areas alone), just in order to be able to rebid, is there any risk that they will still get me a 4* in such an area? bonny
The price for the HOTWIRE 4* dropped from $135 (earlier today) to $98. I booked immediately, it's the Westin (amenities as in my first post). Before that I tried to bid up to $126 on PRICELINE but no success. Thanks for your help. Link to comment
