I am growing very frustrated. Last night (using your link, of course) $110/night got rejected for a three star hotel!

08/12/2010 08/14/2010 Medford - Somerville, Cambridge, South Boston, Copley Square - Theatre District, Brighton - Brookline, Fenway Park, Boston Harbor Front - Aquarium, North Cambridge - Arlington $110

08/12/2010 08/14/2010 Medford - Somerville, Cambridge, South Boston, North Cambridge - Arlington, Fenway Park, Brighton - Brookline, Copley Square - Theatre District $105

08/12/2010 08/14/2010 Cambridge, Fenway Park, Brighton - Brookline, South Boston, Medford - Somerville, North Cambridge - Arlington $101

Any advice? If I have to, I'll go up to $130. Should I wait until I get closer to the date and hope they dump some empty rooms? Or is the City so jammed that prices will only go up?

Thanks!

Update: Using your PRICELINE link, I scored a room at the 3* Holiday Inn/Beacon Hill for $118/night. Although I was not expecting to get a room in Boston proper, and thought (wrongly) that Cambridge would be an easier get, I love the Beacon Hill neighborhood, so I'm pleased, especially given how high the prices have been.
