I was going to just pay regular rate for Aloft, decided I didn't really care which hotel we ended up in (a weekend away with no kids) so I went with PRICELINE. I bid $50 and had bonus bucks so total bid was $60. I wanted to make sure the bid got accepted, this is already a 50% savings over what I was about to pay.

I tried $35 yesterday, forgot to activate my bonus bucks and it did not go through.
