Have been bidding for several days hoping to get 3.5* in Back Bay area.

Two days ago, got a counter offer at $115 to add +$20, but used rebids and eventually surpassed that amount. Tried to add the $20 and received message that "inventory had changed and we are unable to offer you a hotel at this price."

Started again today, received counteroffer +$30 at $150. Used rebids up to $160 -- ACCEPTED and UPGRADED to 4* at the Back Bay Hotel.
