vinny_b
Hey everybody!I am looking to book two rooms in Boston in the coming weekend. I would prefer a central location within Boston. BUt a hotel slightly farther away but still having access to the T might work also (Cambridge maybe?). I am staying on the 4th of july weekend (just for the night of the 4th) - so does this mean much higher prices?. i am looking for anything from 2-1/2 * and above might be good.So what sort of bidding should i start with? Many thanks in advance! n2ny
We just returned from three days at the Boston Park Plaza and really liked it. Can't beat the location and it has real Old Style charm. Our room was very clean and all the staff was very nice. If you check the hotel out on TripAdvisor, you'll see lots of negative reviews, and they really worried me, but they did not reflect our experience at all. The rooms and bathrooms are small but ours was comfortable and very clean. The maid service was great. Room service is very expensive, but there are nearby options (like Au Bonne Pain). Like you, we paid $100/night using the PRICELINE link from BetterBidding, and we feel we got a real deal. (see my priceline win)Hope you enjoy your trip! Link to comment
