vistas Posted June 24, 2010 Report Posted June 24, 2010 On 6-24-10, I went on PRICELINE today to try to snag a last minute weekend deal on a Chattanooga hotel. I bid on 4, 3.5, and 3 star hotels at up to $70/nt (tried in the 50s, 60s too). Nothing. I read a post about trying a 2.5* in the downtown area because the Priceline options were fairly good and it was likely I'd end up with the Chattanooga Choo Choo. I took this advice and bid $45/nt and it was accepted for the Choo Choo. Not a bad deal.
