Priceline Hotel: 3.5* Cleveland (Downtown) Crowne Plaza

Have to say I'm honestly disappointed with this, because I understand this hotel was previously rated a 3* and the reviews are not very good. Was hoping for the Hyatt Regency.

First day, started at $40, got $12 counteroffer, instead used free rebids to go up to $44 in $1 increments and then quit.

Next day, started at $44, again got $12 counteroffer, used free rebid to go up to $45 and landed the Crowne Plaza.

I do like the fact that it offers free wi-fi. Don't like what I'm reading about $18/day parking charge, so will have to research other parking in the area.

Total with taxes and fees for the two nights is $111.92.

Sorry to see that you're disapointed with the outcome. Let's hope your stay will better than the reviews.

I always take the TA reviews with a grain of salt. And keep in mind with TA reviews that many of those people paid full price, which is often significantly more, and may have different expectations at those price points.
