Actually they're different... as your most recent post includes Tennis and Spa. :)

This property has not yet been reported to the board. The Chesterfield, Brazilian Court and Omphoy all bill themselves as Boutique properties, but in looking at a map of the area the Omphoy appears to be the only one on the water, so that would be my best guess of the three.
