a3maniac
Hey guys!I'm a rookie, so I hope I'm doing this right. This was my first time using Priceline. My bid of U$102 was accepted for the Marriott Maida Vale Hotel, a 4* property. My total with tax came up to $249.00 for 2 nights ($204 rate + $45 in tax)I was going for something in Notting Hill, but Maida Vale is also a nice area. I could probably walk to Abbey Road Studios! heheThanks for all the advice. Link to comment

Bepo
It's probably not a mile to Abbey Studios. There is a good pub not far away on Abbey Road, The Salt, which is pretty neat. Also right across the street from the hotel is a very nice Italian restaurant, and another one about a block down which is very good for breakfast. There is also a Starbucks about a block away, plus a Sainsbury and a few other places very close. to pick up stuff to keep in the refridge in the room. Underground is about 2 blocks away. Hotel is very nice. Enjoy. Link to comment
