Vancouver West 4* Downtown - Fitness Center, Pool, Restaurant, Business Center, High Speed Internet Access, Spa Services.

BTW, it's for July 22 and listed at $112

The goal - Vancouver (Downtown) 4* for July 22-July 23

If I enter a bid of $90, I receive a message to rebid $17 higher.

Since there are multiple free rebid zones, I instead try successively higher bids, up to $102.

On all the rebids, there are no messages, simply that the offer cannot be accepted.

This has happened on three successive days.

Should I just bite the bullet and bid $117?

If the numbers in your post are correct, the "right" number would be $107... not $117.

Using this information and your FIVE re-bid zones available when bidding 4* in the Vancouver area, i'd try as follows your next round of bidding:

Select 4* Downtown...

Bid $93, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $103, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $105, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $106, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $107

Used your advice and $106 bid was accepted for the Hyatt Regency Vancouver for July 22-23.
