Tommymac Posted April 16, 2010 Report Share Posted April 16, 2010 Followed Vintage's final bid price for the same weekend in his topic - Priceline Washington DC stay.We had tried multiple bids earlier this evening for a 4 star near the White House but were unwilling to go over $99; closed the browser/reopened (through betterbidding link of coarse!) and got this one on the very first $69 bid for a 3.5 star in Dupont. This worked out perfectly! This is a one night stay on a Saturday night - we feel got a great deal for a quality hotel in DC on a weekend. As a bonus this is great central location for us - we are arriving in the evening and want to tour the Mall at night; we are visiting the German Embassy on Sunday afternoon, and also want to take in the Zoo on Sunday morning - Thanks Vintage!Ooops - forgot the topic description - can a mod add please? $69 .... 4/24/2010 Link to comment
