Priceline Hotel: 3.5* possibilities in Lake Placid?

In Lake Placid, there is a possibility to bid on 3.5* properties. I saw the only reported property is the Crowne Plaza, at 3*.

I checked Tripadvisor, and there the Crowne plaza is reported as 3.5*. Could it be possible that I might get the Crowne Plaza, although it is reported as 3* with Priceline?

What would be the available hotels at 3.5*? If I search the regulare Priceline site, no 3.5* properties are mentioned.

The TA rating and the PRICELINE rating are two diffrent things and should never be compared.

I belive that Crown Plaza is still rated 3* by PRICELINE. A 3.5* possibility could be High Peaks Resort.

My dates are 09/10/10 - 09/11/10.

I was guessing that the High Peaks resort might be a possibility, although it is currently not shown on the regular Priceline site. I guess it might be to soon to try. I already tried offers of 80$ - 82$ -84$ - 86$ -88$ -90$, but none of them were successful.

Will keep the forum updated on my progress, and will use the PRICELINE link for all my attempts.
