A property at the star rating and amenities above has not yet been reported to the board.

Both the Novotel and Yorkland Hotel have been reported with this amenity combination, but at the 3.5* level. The Novotel matches the Tripadvisor information shown by HOTWIRE for the property above, so it's possible that this hotel has been downgraded to the 3* level, but these amenities are common for a 3* rated hotel so can't be too confident in this guess.

If it helps any, the Yorkland Hotel is mistakenly listed twice in BetterBidding Hotwire list. The correct area is in fact the Don Valley Area, as it is located at the 404 & 401 Interchange, and so shouldn't be a possiblility in your search. The North York Novotel has recently undergone some nice renovations, so I would not expect it to have been downgraded (but you never know :) )

However, there are several new 3*-type hotels (e.g. Holiday Inn Express at 400 and Finch) popping up in the North York-Vaughan area, so you may well get an as-yet unlisted property. Good luck!
