I spent many around Old Orchard and especially Freeport at the factory outlets (about 30 mins from Portland). Than, the four hour drive back through New Hampshire except when the moose were out ... which added another 4 hours to the slow drive. Many a fraternity ritual were held in them hills.... :) I spent 6 years in school in Sherbrooke, Quebec which is right near the VT/ME/NH borders....!!!Before the priceline days ... I'd call up many hotels and try to strike up deals ... always worked. Link to comment
