toliverair
Hello Everyone,We are needing three hotel rooms for 4/1/06 thru 4/4/06. We have stayed at the Westin before and loved it. Can you please give us a bidding strategy for these dates? We are wanting the best deal possible but would be willing to pay up to $150. Would like to stay in Times Square district. Thanks so much for your time. Link to comment
thereuare
Which Priceline zones are you willng to bid? "Times Square" is not a Priceline zone... so although i would assume that MTW is 'ok' to bid (although it does extend beyind the Times Square area), what about MTE and UM/CPS? toliverair
MTW and MTE are both okay locations. We would rather have a little nicer place and stay out of the way a bit. Also, what about the BEEKMAN? How can we get that for $188 a night? Can you tell me where it is located? Thanks! Link to comment
toliverair
Thanks for the details on the Beekman. Sounds like it wouldn't be too far out of the way. We would still like to try for a 4*. Do you think we would be able to get one anywhere near the $200 (taxes inc.) range? Please let me know. Thanks. Link to comment
thereuare
Beekman Tower is only $160/nite for your dates. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
toliverair
Thereuare, that sounds great. Can you please tell me how to get this? We have tried up to $170 on Priceline for MTW and MTE adding the two free rebids with no luck. Link to comment

toliverair
We did that, and booked everything. However, when they replied they said that they wouldn't have an answer for us for 48 hours. This kinda leaves you in limbo as what to do, if they dont let you have it after all. Thanks so much for all of your help! Link to comment
thereuare
The above is because this hotel was listed as "on request" (rather than "available")... On Request status means that EasyClickTravel has sold their allotted rooms but will contact the hotel to see if they can get additional rooms at their pre-contracted price. We don't recommend booking "on request" rooms inside of 4-5 days of arrival. The Beekman is known for not typically fufulling "on request" reservations. How about a reply to the message(s) i sent you earlier? :) Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
