adam gregg
Hi all - Seeking help identifying this hot rate hotel Zone: South Beach - Oceanfront Collins 4.5* Dates: 4/14-4/17/2017 $245/night for 4 adults. When searching 2 adults, price for same drops to $212/night FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Near beach, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Golf nearby Also notes a resort fee of $36.00 per night. Thanks! Link to comment
thereuare
I'm not seeing the property above (or anything near this price point) in the zone when searching for 4adults, so i repeated the search for 2adults and observed the following: I believe there are likely more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you search using the EASY VIEW TAB of our BiddingHelper.com tool. (always use this method for your searches/purchases) If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities (including any accessible amenities) then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 4.5* star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates: 4.5* South Beach - Oceanfront Collins for $209.00 Free Internet Pet Friendly Near Beach Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Hi-Speed Internet Golf Spa Childrens Activities Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible ==> if this is what you're seeing my best guess for this one would be the Shelborne South Beach Are you willing to book for double occupancy when you'll actually be four guests? Please remember to return to BetterBidding and use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPSandHOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Let us know how it goes or how you'd like to proceed and we'll take it from there. PS- if you recall, please follow-up your previous Hotwire Naples hotel thread with whatever you ended up doing for that trip (even if not PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, you booked a regular rate hotel, canceled the trip, etc) . adam gregg
HI - I repeated the search using the tool (thanks for the tip). I AM still seeing it. 4/14/17 - 4/17/17 - 3 nights / 4 people Price $244/night 4.5 star - Oceanfront collins with bed selection option (2 double beds) and $36.00 resort fee per night FULL AMENITIES: Free Internet, Pet friendly, Near beach, Smoke-free rooms, Fitness center, Pool(s), Restaurant(s), Internet access, Golf nearby, Spa services, Children's activities, Accessible path of travel, In-room accessibility, Accessible bathroom I am thinking it could be the Loews. I dont think its the Shelborne their resort fee is much less than $36 per night. Thoughts? I will close out the very old Naples post, as well. My apologies. Link to comment
adam gregg
Hey Thereuare - I think I agree with you now. Its likely the Shelborne. There resort fee is $36.48 per night. I will not be booking as I am trying to avoid that hotel. Thanks for the help. Link to comment

Do you need accommodations for 4 guests or just want a room with two beds? Either way, if this is a must have vs. a want, how do you guarantee this room configuation with the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer above? Also, for help with PRICELINE EXPRESS (and HOTWIRE) offers please also include in your post the amenities associated with the property. adam gregg
Its just too risky. We need a balcony and two beds. I could end up getting the Shelbourne on Hotwire, or the Tides on Priceline and neither have balconies. I may end up booking directly on a hotel website. The Hyatt Confidante has rates in the high 200s and I can guarantee to be on the beach and have the bed/balcony we need. Once a decision is made, either way, I will repost. Link to comment
