Best guess for the HOTWIRE offer above would be the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center.

 

If you are interested in this property i believe it is the same as this 4* Downtown Austin hotel (confirm your dates on the landing page) with Indoor or Outdoor Pool, Free Internet, Business Center, Fitness Center.  Although both are offered for the same $168/nite, the one i linked to is a bit cheaper on an all-in basis and also gives the option of a bed choice (for the same price)
