Tried to get a 4 star using the PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals.  Listed price was $54/night.

 

Clicked on it and entered all of my info.  After submitting it, I got a  response

that the offer was no longer available.  So I decided to bid.  Same amount

and won it.  Odd...
