Priceline Hotel: 4* Monterey Intercontinental Monterey The Clement

So trying to find a hotel in Monterey, CA and before I bid I tried the new Express Hotel from Priceline. It's basically something where you get a one time discount on specific hotels and all you can see is the star rating as well as the area. There was a 4* hotel in the list for 123. I could not see which hotel it was, of course, but I was figuring on the Hyatt Regency. I tended up being the Interncontinental Monterey The Clement so I'm happy. With fees of 23 dollars the total came out to 146$ for a 4* in Monterey without having to do a single bid. The same hotel on hotels.com starts at 199.
