Do you need to be in this zone for this trip as there seems to be plenty of other higher rated hotels with lower rated in the more centrally located and popular Downtown and French Quarter zones.

No I didn't see the TA rating..and yes, I am looking to be in that area, preferably on the streetcar line. I will check out other options. Thanks!
