Hotwire Hotel: 3* Orlando (Universal-SW) Holiday Inn Universal

I like to stay in Orlando from 28th december until 31 th december (or 1 day longer) but i dont know what's the best area to stay in.(I'm from Europe and it's the first time in Florida).

and i am also very confused about the hotels presented in Hotwire.I did find only one match (Sheraton).

Is there someone who can help me and give me an advice/

I'm looking for three star hotels (or four).

I made my decision. I will stay from the 28th until 31th december 9in Orlando.
