Sproketz Posted March 15, 2013 Report Share Posted March 15, 2013 Needed 2 rooms for 16 March (Saturday) at Fishermans Wharf.1st bid: $105 4* Fishermans Wharf only - declined2nd bid: $120 4* Added Marina (no 4* hotels in this area) - declined3rd bid: $130 4* Added Civic Ctr South (no 4* hotels in this area) - declined4th bid: $140 4* Added Japan Town (no 4* hotels in this area) - Accepted (Hyatt) Hyatt regular price was $199.There were no 3.5* or 4* hotels listed on PRICELINE EXPRESS Deals. (Only 3* for $87.) Hotwire 4* was $186.Not a great bargain, but it was better than the hotels.com rate of $169 for 3* Radisson Fishermans Wharf, which was my backup plan.Thanks for all the tips on this site! :) Link to comment
