Initially bid $60. Priceline didn't accept but said if I bid $72, I would have a better chance to win. Checked online and standard price for hotel is $209/night. So, I feel I got a great deal on a hotel with great reviews.

Let us know if you have any questions regarding the area. There is not much *right* around this property, but Barnaby's Pizza across the street is rather good - it's not the best pizza in the area, but it's a solid pizza and the place is an institution that's been there for probably 30+ years. There's a Trader Joe's in a mall about a mile due North. The Chicago Botanic Gardens are also very, very close by - that's a BEAUTIFUL place, but there's definitely not as much going on there this time of year (not something I'd recommend paying $20 parking - admission is free - but if that's something you're interested in there is a walk-in entrance not that far from the hotel.) There's also a lot of shopping and restaurants within a reasonable drive.

This property is a 70's era property on the outside, but it's a nice property on the inside that was renovated last Summer.
