There are other 4 stars, but those are CONDO and therefore are likely time shares, right?

Is the HOTWIRE property 4* rated? If so, my best guess for this one would be The Buena Vista Palace.

For the PRICELINE listing, are those 'guaranteed amenities' seen on the bidding side of their service? If so, those are amenities that are present at every hotel in the zone selected at that star rating... not a specific hotel you would be bidding on.
