Had area 6 inadvertently checked from my research when I started bidding with area 3; bid $50 3* and was rejected with caveat that I could get room for $69 immediately. Went back and added area 4 and went to $52 and bid was accepted for a total of $125.58. This will be okay, just have to drive a little farther but doubt if we could have gotten anything near this price without area 6. Link to comment
