dangr
Re-bid starting from $75 in $5 increments; $90 was accepted. Even with the ridiculous 16% resort fees (which largely only cover what is often complimentary at non-resort hotels, like in-room coffee, newspaper, etc., and stuff I don't need, like local phone calls) this is still a great win, for one of the two properties I was hoping for. Through the Hilton website this place is $217/night. I used BetterBidding's PRICELINE link for all of this searching. Thanks! Link to comment
thereuare
Congratulations on your success! Glad to see you received one of the hotels you were hoping for and are pleased with the results.San Juan has a 'casino tax' which is added to all guest rooms at hotels that have casinos, this sometimes explains the high resort fees at properties with casinos, although sometimes this tax is bundled in PRICELINE / HOTWIRE's "fees and taxes" and accounts for the unusually higher than usual amount in this line itemThank you for sharing your win and using the PRICELINE links on the board to begin your bidding. Have a great stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
