When I was prompted with "If you raise your offer by $13,..". I though I was less than $5 from having a deal in the bag. However, I wasn't successful upto $49 for 2.5* in successive bids by adding zones. My last offer of $50 for 2.5* was accepted and upgraded.The best available rate (AAA or AARP) on teh hotel web site is $170.I started bidding using the PRICELINE link. Link to comment
