I started at $25/night because I really wanted to stay in the MIA airport and the bid the rejected. So, I added zones and increased my bid by $10, then by $5.00 increase. The zones I chose were in more expensive 'hoods; like Ocean Drive and South Beach because I knew that whenever I increased my bids, I would still be relegated to a hotel/motel in the airport zone (the less expensive zone):
