Switched to Quincy Market and began at $100 and increased by $10 at a time. At $185 received a counter offer of $211. Increased to $195 and won the bid. Apparently a more expensive 3 days in Boston than what the board has been reflecting. Looks like the rate on traditional sites is approximately $261.
